We meet every Saturday at 10:00 at Israels Plads in Copenhagen. One group, 5 km around the lakes, coffee after. Bring nobody, bring everybody.

5 km around the lakes at pace 6. After the run we get coffee and breakfast and talk about the Word of God.

40:31 Runners started in Copenhagen with Isaiah 40:31. Those who hope in the Lord renew their strength — so hope is the entry requirement, not fitness. We run slow, we wait for each other, and we ask one question afterwards: did you have fun?
