We meet every Saturday at 10:00 at Israels Plads in Copenhagen. One group, 5 km around the lakes, coffee after. Bring nobody, bring everybody.

5 km around the lakes at pace 6. After the run we get coffee and breakfast and talk about the Word of God.
Our Story
We run to become stronger. We run to become more like Jesus.
It started with a run
I found Jesus through running. One of the people who played an important role in my journey to faith is someone I first met in a running club. We became friends through running, and that friendship eventually led me to church, and to Jesus. That experience made me realise something: what if running could be a bridge to Jesus for other people too? That's why I started 4031 Runners.
More than a running club
4031 is a place to run, laugh, make friends and grow together — both physically and spiritually. We're not here because we're already perfect runners. And you don't need to be fast, experienced, or have the right gear to belong here. You come to a running club to become a better runner. And in the same way, you don't come to Jesus because you're already perfect. You come because you want to grow and become more like Him. At the centre of 4031 is Jesus. Around Him, we build community, study the Bible, pray, run and do life together.
Why 4031?
4031 comes from Isaiah 40:31 — a reminder that we don't have to rely on our own strength. Eventually, every runner reaches a point where their own strength runs out. Life is no different. When our strength runs out, we learn to rely on His. That's what 4031 is about. We run together. We grow together. We love one another. And we look to Jesus.
